This luxury beachfront project overlooks the tranquil turquoise Gulf of Mexico. Velvety smooth and cool to the touch, the quartz-white sand beaches of Siesta Key have earned this beach the Travel Channel’s honor of “America’s Best Sand Beach” and “Florida’s Top Ten Beaches.”

The project consists of 44 branded residences. There are 14 different unit types ranging from 1,865 square foot 2 Bedroom/3 bath units, to 2,920 square foot 2 bedroom/Den/Library/4 bath units.

With a sophisticated contemporary style, these units provide owners of this cabana culture with unrivaled Gulf Coast ocean views. Design elements are subtly themed around a sophisticated beach motif. Living rooms feature hand-woven area rugs from Thailand and a custom media cabinet housing a Bose surround-sound system.

Kitchens feature custom Italian cabinetry, Caesarstone tops and full-height backsplashes, and appliances by Wolfe, Subzero, and Fisher-Paykel. The Master Bedroom color palette is soft, sunset oranges in the upholsteries as well as the gauzy over-drape. The stained wood millwork headboard reflects the horizontal design expressed in the architectural style of the Sarasota School of Architecture pioneered by Paul Rudolph in the 1950’s.
